IHRSA is a non-profit charitable organisation created in 1979 in the United States with the aim of promoting the health and fitness industry. Its members are entrepreneurs and professionals who have access to a variety of services and facilities that allow them to thrive in the industry. The organization's headquarters are in Boston, and it currently has a worldwide presence with 7500 active members whose task is to promote a healthy world through exercise, fight against physical inactivity, and improve mental health. In 2012, it created the IHRSA Foundation, whose purpose is the inclusion of people with different abilities, diseases, or disabilities in sports centers.

There is a common myth that women are not well suited for a proper workout because it takes time for their muscles to heal. But if a woman is to gain proper shape during their workouts, then they can always proceed with cardio sessions before HIT workouts. The HIT workout usually takes women’s muscles a while to heal. But at the same time, if they lean more towards cardio, then it will be easier to maintain their muscle regeneration time.

The following images, from my perspective, show the different stages of fitness and how the peak power of a person is reliant on how hard they try to shape themselves. I found this picture to be the initial stage of fitness. This includes the pre-workout phase, when a person is getting ready to begin a workout. I find this quite essential, as it would not cause too much lethargy in a person when they end a workout if they started with a pre-workout.

After a workout, it is essential to eat the foods that are best for your body. There are times when people expect results from workouts when they really do not care about dieting. But as a person who wants to become fit, dieting is an essential process. Without the proper diet, it would be quite hard to stay fit or reduce any weight. In scenarios involving muscle building and weight loss, keeping a diet is crucial.
